Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Genesis Clinic, located at 47 Rodney Street, Liverpool. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our medical services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services. 

1. Services Provided Genesis Clinic offers a range of medical and cosmetic treatments, including but not limited to: 

  • Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery 

  • Oculoplasty 

  • Dermatology 

  • Cosmetic Treatments 

  • Diagnostic Ultrasound, PRP, and Joint Injections 

  • Pain Management Injections 

  • Spine and Orthopaedics 

  • GP Services 

All treatments and consultations are conducted by qualified professionals in accordance with relevant healthcare standards. 

2. Appointments and Cancellations 

All appointments must be booked in advance through our reception or online booking system. 

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 48 hours’ notice; failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. 

Missed appointments without prior notice may incur a charge. 

3. Payments and Refunds 

Payments for services can be made online or in the clinic. 

All treatments must be paid in full at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed. 

Refunds will not be provided for completed treatments. If a procedure cannot proceed due to medical reasons, an alternative solution or partial refund may be offered at the discretion of Genesis Clinic. 

Deposits may be required for certain procedures and are non-refundable unless canceled within the stated notice period. 

4. Medical Disclaimer 

All medical treatments are subject to professional assessment and approval. 

Results may vary from patient to patient, and Genesis Clinic does not guarantee specific outcomes. 

Patients must disclose their full medical history before undergoing any treatment. 

Genesis Clinic is not liable for any adverse reactions due to undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow pre- and post-treatment instructions. 

5. Confidentiality and Data Protection 

All patient information is handled in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act. 

Your medical and personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law. 

Genesis Clinic uses Pabau software for clinic management, ensuring secure data processing. 

6. Code of Conduct 

Patients and visitors must behave respectfully towards staff and other patients. 

Abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service. 

7. Liability 

Genesis Clinic and its practitioners will not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damage unless caused by proven negligence. 

Patients are responsible for following all medical advice provided. 

8. Complaints Procedure 

We aim to provide the highest standard of care. If you have any concerns, please contact our clinic manager, Lyndsey Worthington, at info@genesis-clinic.co.uk

Complaints will be acknowledged within 7 working days and responded to within 28 days. 

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions 

Genesis Clinic reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website or at the clinic.
