Important: If your BMI is below 27, you can attend the clinic for guidance and support, but we will not be able to prescribe Mounjaro injections due to current prescribing regulations.

Your first appointment includes:

• Discussion of your weight loss goals and challenges

• Eligibility review for prescription treatments, including Mounjaro

Following your assessment, we will design a tailored plan that may include:

• Prescription weight loss treatment (e.g. Mounjaro) if suitable

• Referral to a dietitian for nutritional counselling

• Physiotherapy input to guide safe and effective physical activity

• Lifestyle coaching to support long-term succes

Regular follow-ups to review progress, track side effects, and adjust treatment

Check-ins with our dietitian and physiotherapy team

Updates on blood work or additional investigations, if necessary
